Relaxation
Relaxation massage reduces emotional stress levels, giving people a sense of well being and relaxation. For relaxation, the pressure applied is usually light to moderate.

Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic treatment is a focus on the areas and muscle groups causing pain. As well as treating other areas that may be compensating. Pressure may be deeper and different techniques may be used to help restore function. Furthermore, a treatment plan and education around your condition and preventative care will be provided.

Hot Stone Massage
Melt away stressed, sore, and tired muscles with hot basalt stones applied your whole body. 90 minutes required for a Full body treatment. 60 minutes can be used for a therapeutic hot stone treatment for 1-2 areas on concern.

Prenatal Massage
Take some time to yourself before your little one arrives. Massage therapy is so good for all those aches and pains that come with pregnancy: Low back pain, sciatica, restless leg syndrome, tension. I got you!

Intake, Assessment & Treatment Planning
On your first visit you will provide the history of health. This will help in the development of your care.
I will go over your goals, type and focus of treatment(s). We will discuss areas of the body to be treated. Anticipated frequency and duration of treatments. The anticipated client responses to treatment. It is important to schedule time for reassessment of my client's conditions, and/or recommended remedial exercises and/or hydrotherapy.
